Mexicana Airlines Complaint - Thievery and bad service

Avoid Mexicana Airlines at all costs! By the time you end your trip it is highly probable that you'll be spending double or more the amount than if you had taken another airline. Our experience resulted in: missed flight and an extra $700 to get out of Mexico City (caused by desk clerk); missing luggage once we got home (presumably held up so items could be stolen from the luggage); and two thousand dollars worth of stolen goods. Can't get anyone to return calls or answer questions about the claim we filed.
They changed departure times on us, made us stand in a crowded and unairconditioned bus, board a plane in the rain, etc. WORST airline experience we've EVER had.
