Medicare Complete Secure Horizons Complaint - I can not find Dr or Vision help

ALABAMA -- I went to Wal-Mart this AM to use my Secure Horizons Card to get new eyeglasses, I was told they were not in network, my Primary Care Phys was not in network either, and my blood pressure medicine is not covered by plan.
I tried calling 1-800-643-4845 to see where I could get eyewear, after I had been on phone for about 1/2 hour, the person to whom I was speaking said he would not help me, but if I called 1-800-643-4845 someone there could help me. "I GIVE UP"

I first got coverage through Medicare Complete Secure Horizons 1/1/2010, I
have already cancelled as of 3/1/2010.

And, if you have the booklet that came with your plan or was mailed to you... it *should* tell you what places you can go for vision.
