Lousy refridgerator - Complaint
Three days after posting a complaint on my3cents about a refrigerator, I was contacted by a Whirlpool employee named Stephanie. She asked me to give her the chance to take care of the problem, so I called her at the number she left and got voice mail. I left her a message regarding her response and leaving two numbers to call me. I also emailed her leaving the same info, that has been over a week ago and no one has even tried to get in touch with me.
This is an update on the above comment: I was finally contacted and Whirlpool arranged for a replacement on my refrigerator. It was delivered today (3-11-2010). I hope I don't experience the same problems with this one, but time will tell.
