Sears Canada Complaint - Call centers
We needed a repair person for our dryer which was not a year old, and had the extended warranty on it. Making a phone call, more times than I have fingers and toes. I finally got a person on the other end of the phone that I could understand and could speak some English. Finally weeks later a repair person showed up at our home. My bill was then going to be 75.00 and then some. I refused to pay the bill. Handed the repair person my receipt with the extended warranty. He then made a phone call to where ever and there was no record of the warranty at all. Being a shopper at Sears for many years, that was the last straw. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN FOR NOTHING.
