Sears Canada Complaint - Call centers

We needed a repair person for our dryer which was not a year old, and had the extended warranty on it. Making a phone call, more times than I have fingers and toes. I finally got a person on the other end of the phone that I could understand and could speak some English. Finally weeks later a repair person showed up at our home. My bill was then going to be 75.00 and then some. I refused to pay the bill. Handed the repair person my receipt with the extended warranty. He then made a phone call to where ever and there was no record of the warranty at all. Being a shopper at Sears for many years, that was the last straw. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN FOR NOTHING.

If Someone forgot to attach your warranty to the purchase, I'm sure the back office can fix that for you as you still have the proof you purchased it. Have you called them to get it straightened out?
