United Parcel Service Complaint - Wrapped parcel not accepted
I am taking this time to complain about your shipping requirements. I have been using your service for the past eight years and have never had a problem. Today I was informed the package I was shipping which was wrapped in brown wrapping paper a taped properly and tightly was not acceptable because it would jam your conveyor belt. I find this hard to believe, the only thing I can think of is to sell me a shipping box which I really don’t need. If this is going to be a set practice then I will find an alternative ways to send my parcels.
