Sears Complaint - Sears gives me no respect
Sears gives me no respect. I thought calling Sears to schedule a service appointment to repair my washer a full week ahead of time was the proper thing to do. Sears was great at taking the appointment but where they need help is keeping the appointment. Sears called me the day before to confirm the appointment but then latter that same day they called me back to say they had overbooked and had to cancel. I asked them why and they said they had overbooked and that's all they could tell me. I understand how a company could have overbooked but I don't understand how a company as large and as established as Sears would not have a system in place that would, on a daily bases, check for overbooking and adjust the scheduling accordingly to prevent bumping a customer who has been waiting for a full week and received a confirmation the morning before only to be bumped that afternoon. Sears had a whole week to discover their mistake. Sears just shows that they could care less about what I had to go through to get the time off for this appointment that they canceled on me at the last minute with no regards to the situation that they left me in. I am so disappointed in Sears and the way they handled the situation. Good-bye Sears. Best Buy here I come!!!!!!!!
