Allegiant air Complaint - Allegiant Runaround - Refunds runaround
Arrived in St. Pete, "No rental car reserved for you". Spent an hour trying to get allegiant to answer phone to deal with their failure to have a confirmed car with Alamo, dragged bags to checkin area where they eventually contacted airline reservations and confirmed their mistake, but no help with getting a car at the airport!!
Cab to hotel and spent rest of full afternoon getting Enterprise to get a car for me, cost full afternoon of trip and $125 to Enterprise.
Now 4 weeks later no refund and told they might get to it in 4-6 weeks, 2-3 hours on phone to get this lovely information.
What a farce.
