Sprint PCS Compliment - Sorry, never had a problem!
BEECHER, ILLINOIS -- I have honestly never had a problem with Sprint. Their coverage is the best available where I live, (which is pretty good) their customer service has always been quick and mostly clear in their responses, (granted I haven't had to contact them but more than twice) their billing has always been straightforward and accurate (I have automatic payments, which has worked extremely well), and I have felt genuinely well treated as a customer. Granted they may not be the cheapest in everything, but they have never been stingy with their special discounts and rebates, either. Just recently they gave me a 10% discount off my monthly bill for continuing my service (customer loyalty and all that), which I would have done anyway. In contrast my boyfriend, who has Verizon, has had nothing but problems with his service. Dropped calls, terrible connections, slow-responding customer service... everything I was afraid of when I first got my Sprint phone. But I have to say that I couldn't be happier at the moment. If I had to pick out one con though, I would have to say that I wish that they would lower the cost of the Vision packs. Even though it is pretty cool if you have one of the nicer phones, $15 a month is a little steep on top of the regular service charge.
