Vonage Complaint - Vonage horrible customer service and deceipt in plan
I signed up for Vonage in 08 and had nothing but problems with the service and it is like pulling teeth to talk to a representative that can understand your question. To save money I found another carrier that is far superior and called to cancel in January of 2010. That was a joke. I was charged out of the blue in March an amount that was more than my monthly service - their reason is they said I hadn't finished my 2-year commitment I didn't even know I had a 2 yr commitment and 2 years has come and gone. They are rip off artists and take advantage of customers. Don't ever get caught up in their snare and scheme of service. Every little thing costs you big time and their plans are not competitive with some of the major players and every time you call a customer rep, you get a different answer and scenario to the same question.
