Priceline.com Complaint - Shatner and Priceline can stick it.
Priceline.com is a load of baloney. Not only did they REFUSE to let me speak to a supervisor, they denied claims that are made directly on their website! I had booked a ticket to leave on Wed, and decided to stay four days later being that my mother is in the hospital and is not doing well. They charged me $150 for the flight change, totaling my ONE-WAY ticket to over $500!! What happened to the "no booking fee" and "no change fees"?? Why did they put that on their website if they aren't going to follow through! I did reach 5 customer service representatives, who could not help me with my problem and referred me to an email address to where I could speak to a supervisor through. Ok, so now they don't have supervisors that can talk through a phone. Are they hiring mutes??
Bottom line my mother is very ill, and no compassion what so ever has been shown. No help, and no kindness was shown from the representatives at Priceline.com. I will NEVER use this website again... I feel a video coming on...
