Target Complaint - Surprise: Items are backordered
I will never buy anything online from target, EVER.
I has been almost a month that I placed an online order from Target. I called them today to only find out that the items I ordered on FEBRUARY 5th were backordered...
I would assume that is not too hard for a company this big to have better control of their inventory and simply post a note next to the products saying "items are backordered until..."
Or if that was a lack of management of inventory it would be at least polite (and professional, I would say) to send an email alerting "I am sorry but we just realize that your items are backordered".
But no, no word from Target! I had to wait 1 month to find out that even a tiny lit online shop has a better management than Target!
ps: The lady of customer service over the phone was really sweet. But what is the point to have great customer service when saying buy to a client than rather invest of having satisfied clients????
