Sears Complaint - Sears was playing with me
My name is Ricky Rodriguez. I purchased some working boots at Sears.com in January, since then, I have been going back and forth with this purchase. Today is February 19, and I still don’t have my boots. This is not only affecting me personally but
at work as well. I have called several times and on my last conversation with customer service the issue was not escalated yet. It was going to take 10 more bussiness days before I could see some progress. My experience as a customer has been awful and I will NEVER buy anything else at Sears.com or any store. Hopefully someone will read this and help me but to me, honestly and don’t expect even that.
This is an up-date about my issue. Today is March 3rd and still I have not received my gift card or anything. It is to my understanding that Sears “escalated” the issue on February the 19th and that a new gift card was going to be sent to my home address. That was 7 days ago. Today I called Sears again and apparently the gift card was never sent. Today I was told once again that the gift card will be sent to my home address. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know how serious you guys treat your customers but from my point of view, everyone at Sears is playing with me. I need either my money back or my boots. That is all I want and you guys will not see me again. I’m sick of the way Sears has deal with my issue. This is abusive and ridicules!!!
