Best Buy Complaint - Poor Service & Sell Refurbished Items
CHINO HILLS, CALIFORNIA -- Three months ago I bought a 46" Samsung LCD TV from Best Buy at Chino Hills for $1,400. Minute I opened the box and looked at the TV I suspected that it might have been a return or a refurbish. Because some screws were missing, packaging was ripped, etc. From day one I noticed there was a minor electrical defect that caused screen to go out and come back without a notice. Initially, I ignored the problem. But as the time goes on, problem started to become much more noticeable and annoyed. Finally, I took it back to the store and asked for an exchange. They had me go to four different counters waited three and a half hours. Finally, a manager came out and said they couldn't help, and I had to take it up with the manufacturer, Samsung. I was shocked and so disappointed and decided never to buy anything or recommend Best Buy to anybody again. Thanks.
