Spirit Airlines Complaint - DO NOT, DO NOT, FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES
So I book two tickets with Spirit Airlines and I get the email with the confirmation; everything seems good, until I wake up the next morning. I see I got four other email from their official reservation email confirming four other reservations made about four random people I don't even know flying to and from random location.
Not a problem I say, I will just call them. I am still on hold it has been two hours and 18 Minutes and I am still on hold. I used my other phone to call their corporate, VP, Senior Cust. Service Rep.; none of them picked up. I emailed them still no reply.
They are very unorganized. Hopefully someone will answer my hold.
DO NOT FLY THEM EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE CHEAP. CUZ THEY ARE REALLY CHEAP WITH THEIR SERVICES TOO.
