Furniturefind Complaint - furniturefind-sun delivery

Ordered a Royal Patina bedroom set from furniturefind.com. Sun delivery called to say they were in route and wanted directions to the warehouse I was having it delivered to. I called the warehouse & got directions. As it turned out, the warehouse was going on their one hour lunch break about the time they were arrving with my delivery. The hostile Sun delivery driver informed me that he would not wait the 45 minutes, and was heading back to South Carolina with my order. Keep in mind he just drove through many states with my shipment. This was no short drive! He ended up waiting and completed my delivery. A few days later I arrived & picked up my furniture. Much to my shock one of the night stands did not even come with a box. I took the furniture home ( I should never have accpeted it in this condition) and discovered that the night stand was full of scratches. I called furniturefind.com to complain, (on deaf ears I might add) They told me it was common practice to deliver furniture with no boxes!!! This was no cheap furniture either, I spent thousands of dollars on this set!! Furniturefind.com told me to take it to a professional and pay myself to have it fixed!!! How is that for support? I found them to be very nice on the phone ( they are trained telemarketers) but once they have your money, you can kiss their fanny if you need anything! On a good note, I love the furniture, the quality is defintely there but would not order furniture again without actually seeing it. This was definetly a gamble!
