Air Canada Complaint - Frustration, Oh My Gosh I Just Want To Purchase A Ticket
Oh my gosh, I am trying to book a flight for my son, using my AMEX PLATIUM, with the UK office. As the ticket is for my son, flying from Canada to London, and his name is different I have been unable to have the reservation confirmed. The Amex is in my name, ticket in sons. It is now 6 days and still not processed. I have called Air Canada, numerous times, AMEX, twice and stil Air Canada will only process the ticket once the confirm I have authorized the purchase, by calling me at my home landline, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
CRAZY, Amex has already a note on my account confirming I am authorizing the payment. But still Air Canada will not process until they call me. The 4 calls to them don't count, won't call my mobile, won't call my work...
I just want to give them Money. Never again through the UK OFFICE.
