KitchenAid Complaint - KitchenHELL instead
My wife and I bought a KitchenHELL stand mixer with all the extra accessories back in November 2009. Today March 2010 we are still waiting for the Pasta accessories which we paid in advance. I wrote to KitchenHell Belgium because we are in Europe, and then I wrote a second complaint to KitchenHELL USA. Today neither one bothered to answer not to let us know when we can expect to receive those damn accessories. THEREFORE, I will never buy this brand again even over my dead body. When customer service becomes customer carelessness, a company must close its doors. There is no way a company that takes money and then refuses to abide by its what ever commitment. MY writing today is to warn any potential customer about how KitchenAid management is irresponsible, and to refrain from purchasing their equipment before it becomes too late.
There are plenty of wonderful products and companies out there, and I will not recommend this brand to anyone.
