Qwest Complaint - Email
I have been a Qwest customer for years. I have a Qwest land-line at home, a Qwest work phone, fax, voice mail and DSL. I always pay my bills on time. Qwest is an American company. I am an American. But trying to get tech support, billing support or any support from Qwest you will not be able to speak with an American. Americans are out of work and yet Qwest cuts corner using cheap labor over seas. The the Tech-support people in India are the worst. They don't speak English, and don't seem to know what they are doing. I spoke with several different male Techs in India and they made matters worse by taking actions I did not want(like down grading my email). I spoke with two different women in Bulgaria and they are the best. I have not had email for a week---and I run a business, because Qwest keeps finding new and different ways to screw up. Qwest has taken incompetence to a whole new international level. I have a "I hate Qwest" page on face book and soon as I posted it I got a fan.
