Brighton Beauty Complaint - Bad customer service

I ordered (2) Sexy Hair Curly Sexy Hair Moisturizing Shampoo 33.8oz for $7.95 each along with (2) bottles of conditioner priced at $18.95. They called me and told me that they had mis-priced the shampoo and that they were going to have to charge me the difference (it should have been priced at $18.95 also). I had never bought this product before so I wouldn't have noticed a discrepancy to begin with. Since this was their error, they should have honored the price and let me know that going forward the price would be different.

A company with good customer service skills would have done this. I told them to cancel the order. Just beware....

And yet, it's still listed as $7.95 on the site. If it's an error, they need to change it. Since it's *their* error, they need to honor what is listed on the site.

BK, I agree. Had they changed the price, I would have said they are not responsible for honoring an error. Since that error is not fixed, then they appear to be trying to scam people. So yes, they should honor the price. I would have canceled also.
