Ashley Furniture Complaint - I will not buy from Ashley Furniture again
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA -- First of all, I bought my furniture a month in advance because they promised me they would be able to deliver it on my move in date. Well, this was in early February when I made my purchase and I receive a phone call a week before I am supposed to move into my apartment that it could not be delivered until March 4. Well I am furious because you have already taken my money and I wanted to speak with someone. No Luck with that all I got was "all of the South Region use the same warehouse, if it gets out of stock then we have to wait". Then I respond with why can't the furniture be put aside especially those who pay in advance. Nope we can't do that. So I asked to have the furniture delivered at two separate times. March 4 I would get the couch and coffee table as promised and since the dining table was very popular so it will be delivered on the 17th of March. Arrangements have been made. Well March 4 comes along and I was told the couch was damaged on delivery and that I would have to wait until the replacement comes and they don't know how long that would be. I took off work for this crap, but guess what they had the table. WTF? I thought you couldn't deliver that. WOW...don't buy from them at all.
