Hewlett-Packard Company Complaint - Hewlett Packard customer service
For years I've said that HP has the best customer service, but those days are over. I bought a Hewlett Packard printer that only lasted a few months, the replacement was "Upgraded" (they said) to a different model, with a different ink cartridge, but HP won't accept a return for credit of the ink cartridges. I purchased the cartridges from Staples, and Staples returns have to be within 30 days.
The cartridges are HPs product, never used, not opened, still in the packaging, I'm out over a hundred dollars in perfectly good cartridges. HP just lost a loyal customer.
