Sharp Electronics Corporation Complaint - I purchased a 32" LCD TV in July 09, stopped working in Nov 09
MAHWAH, NEW JERSEY -- I purchased a 32"LCD TV in July09,it stopped working in Nov09. I worked with the company and on two separate occasions drove the TV 40 miles to be repaired. After the second attempt, the repair man told me that the TV could not be repaired and to contact the company for a replacement. This was four months ago; I am still attempting to get the matter resolved after being sent back to the store were I purchased it on several occasions for more information.
I just left the store and called consumer service today 3/6/10. I was told that they couldn't help me any further with the matter even though it is still under warranty.
