FLORIDA -- Don't buy any thing from these crooks. My son bought a movie for $3 did not read the fine print my account is being billed $12.00 per month for member ship fee. Their website says in fine print $9.95. I will be going to the bank ASAP. And to the Better Business Bureau.

What do you think the BBB is going to do for you, nothing. You admit you didn't read the fine print. Now at least you know for the future, to always read the fine print.

The site comes up with a bunch of other sites, all for porn, which one is the culprit?

I don't see any porn. Just a site for buying DVDs. But it does say this:

As a member of BestBrandValues, you'll receive $5 off your first order. Price shown includes $5 off for new members only. Not valid for current members. With your purchase, you'll also enjoy a 7-day trial membership for only $1 in the BestBrandValues program at $9.95/month unless you cancel during the trial period. Members enjoy wholesale pricing on over 70,000 DVD titles, over 1,200,000 book titles and over 300,000 art prints and posters by top artists.

That would explain the $9.95 charge.

This is the site I googled:

I see porn or am I imagining things?

How old is your son? Is it your credit card that he used? If so, why did you let him make an online purchase without you being there to supervise what he was purchasing with your money?

yes there are two different sites

Hotmoviesales = porn
Hotmoviesale = regular movies and they seem to have some kind of membership thing going on

so an innocent little "s" on the end of the website means all the difference in the world.

I noticed that the 's' was missing from the site I was looking at, but that site would explain the $9.95 charge.

The bank won't do anything once they're advised that the terms and conditions are on their website. It's not their fault that your son didn't read the fine print.
