Aberocrombie and Fitch Informative - Big name, nasty problem resolution
At the end of December I ordered three items on line from Abercrombie and Fitch store. At the end of January I realized that I never received my package. I started calling. First, I was told that they will reorder the items. I waited one week, nothing happened. I called again, this time I was told that there will be an investigation to find out what had happened and why I never receive the package. I was also advised that somebody will contact me within 3-5 business days. Guess what, nobody did. I called again and this time I asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise I was informed that it was impossible. Also, the customer service informed me with a flat voice that the package was delivered and they are not responsible what had happened.
I am just speechless, disappointed and angry. I lost $230.00 and on top of everything I was humiliated. I was accused of lying!!! Why would I go through all that hassle if I got the package in the first place.
One thing I know for sure, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING IN THAT STORE!!! and I would like people to know what had happened to me so maybe they will think twice before they order trendy cloths from this store.
