Landmark Merchants Complaint - Stay far away from these companies - Web site/merchant account

SCHAUMBERG, ILLINOIS -- Ladco Leasing and Landmark Merchant Solutions you need to run from. I was looking to set up a website and needed a merchant account so I went thru a pop up that offered a package deal with a 15 page website and merchant account.I spoke with the salesman and all sounded great,just what I needed.Well,I signed the lease,waited for 2 weeks didn't hear from them,they said it would take 12 to 14 days to have my website up and running.I sent my info in for my website,they kept saying I was sending it in wrong and it took 2 months for them to change their site so I could send it in. I received the front page and was told I had to finish building it(which is the reason I hired them). They will tell you ,you have to turn in a ticket which takes 2 to 4 days to hear back,150 page do it your self and non exsisting customer service. They will tell you ,you are the only one haveing problems with their service,thier rude,non helpful,and will charge you more than you agreed on.I closed my bank account so they could not rip me off any longer for non service and now getting calls and letters.After I closed my account Ladco called me and informed they were seperate entities from Landmark, and the web page was free!Ha!!!I do not beleave 94.00 a month is free when it was suppose to be 54.00.All this company wants is for you to sign a lease,kill you trying to start a business and take as much money as they can get by with. All you will receive is a headach and they receive your money.I have filed a complaint with BBB and going to contact the State Attorney General next. If any one out has had bad dealings with these two companies,please contact me or the Attorney General in their state so we can come together and file a class action lawsuite.
