Best Buy Complaint - Don't take "trial" of Kaspersky with your computer
I purchased a computer several months ago from Best Buy. It came with a "free" trial of Kaspersky anti-virus. When this gratis period was about to end I received an email telling me that it would automatically be renewed on my credit card unless cancelled. So far not too bad..... until I tried to cancel. No website to enter info. Just a phone number in which I was outsourced to a company that would not identify itself and had to remain on the line for 15-20 minutes while they completed the paperwork to cancel. What a waste of time. Person was not rude, just SLOW. It took me more time to cancel than to write this complaint. Next time, I'll buy from someone else or pay cash so there is no credit card number to automatically bill!!!!
