General Electric Company Complaint - General Electric washer
LOUISVILLE -- I purchased the GE infusor washer on Jan.19,2010 from HH Greg. I ran a load of clothes that day and immediately called GE customer service complaing that the washer did not have enough water and that the clothes did not get clean. They asked if I was using HE detergent, which I was not.
A couple days later I bought HE detergent. Had the same result. Called customer service again. This time they suggested that I turn on the fabric softner buttom .
Today I called again, set up appointment for service man . I stood by the washer and as soon as rinse light came on I opened the lid to discover that the towel on top was not wet. How can a washer clean clothes without water??? Does anyone know how I may get another washer or a refund?????????
