Orbitz Complaint - Screwed again
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- On Jan 12, 2010 I booked a flight and car to ft myers, for March. Upon recently receiving my updated itinerary, I discovered that my husband and myself are now 20 rows apart, for the flight - both ways! My original confirmation had us in side-by-side seats, both ways-and stated that they were confirmed! Upon calling Orbitz all I got was: "gee I'm sorry mam, but the flight is booked and I don't know what happened" Sorry Orbitz that's not delivering customers what you promise! It's no wonder your customer satisfaction rating is so low!
