RICHARDSON, TEXAS -- My daughter & I recently tried to return a leased vehicle and lease another car from Lute Riley Honda in Richaredson, TX. The entire experience was filled with "miscommunications" and faulty information, with each & every incident benefitting Lute Riley and cost me money. When I tried talking to their GSM about my experience, I was confronted with a rude, disrespectful, smart-mouthed man that seemed only to care about making money, and not servicing a long-time customer. I tried communicating with the dealer manager, and he never returned my phone calls or emails. I even called Honda Corporate customer service. They promised to call me back, and never did. My suggestion to anyone interested in buying/leasing a Honda -- AVOID LUTE RILEY HONDA IN RICHARDSON, TEXAS.
