Adams Cehverolet, Havre De Grace, Md Complaint - Certified Used vehicles - failure to disclose accident

HAVRE DE GRACE, MARYLAND -- As a Cheverolet owner - went to Adams to purchase a used Chev. Colorado 2007 4- wheel drive vehicle. Quoted a price and during test drive noted warning lights on. Left to have vehicle evaluated in garage. Arrived several days later, again, check engine light on as well as other warning lights indicating brake concerns. Received call that truck was repaired as it was "certified" all service completed there. However, upon arrival it was noted after an experience auto quality assurance family member pointed out that the truck had been involved "recently" in a accident - No report on car fax etc. Upon questioning, Dealership admitted truck involved in accident on the lot and repaired quickly "poorly" - bed not welded on, unpainted metal, buckling of cab.......... and we were then asked to leave the business. Run, don't walk away from this dealership.

When you were sold the vehicle as a "Certified Used Vehicle" that representation implies the condition that the vehicle was not in an accident. Even if it was an as-is sale you may be legally entitled to a refund.
