Healthy Online Services , Acai Berry Breeze Complaint - Free Trial Offer cost 133.95
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA -- In September 1999 I agreed to try Acai Berry on a free sample period. I received the Acia Berry products on 9/14/1999. On 9/20/1999 I sent an email telling the customer support for Acai Berry Breeze that I was no longer interested in receiving Acai Berry. On 9/24/1999 I received a call stating the person on the other end was an Acai Berry representative doing a spot check on Acai Berry Breeze to see what the customers thought. My answer to that person was I did not feel any effect and would not be ordering again.
On 03/09/2010 I received a letter stating I was over due 133.95 for the Acai Berry free trial, stating I was to inform them with in 15 days of receiving the product that I did not want it any longer.
First the company was informed, because of wanting not to receive any more Acai Berry, I informed them on 9/20/09 via email.
If this was to be a monthly contract Healthy Online Services would be in default since this account was not serviced and no product was sent to me since September, 6 months.
I do not believe I owe this money, lucky for me I had changed credit card companies and when Healthy On Line tried to steal the money the credit card company refused the charge.
