I had new windows installed. They found termites and decided to tell me after putting in windows instead of before. Then they have never completed job I have been waiting since Oct for them to come back and cawlk the windows & put in plugs into the wholes - so my windows have been leaking air all winter causing a rise in my heating bills for the winter.
Your Desired Resolution:
I would like a refund of $300.00 to cover the added expensive heating bills due to them not complete the cawlking and plugs so the windows are not sealed.
