Complaint Description:
I had new windows installed. They found termites and decided to tell me after putting in windows instead of before. Then they have never completed job I have been waiting since Oct for them to come back and cawlk the windows & put in plugs into the wholes - so my windows have been leaking air all winter causing a rise in my heating bills for the winter.

Your Desired Resolution:
I would like a refund of $300.00 to cover the added expensive heating bills due to them not complete the cawlking and plugs so the windows are not sealed.

The Better Business Bureau is a neutral, non-profit organization and not a governmental agency. We hope this service can assist you in resolving this dispute; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome. We have received your complaint and will forward it to the company for its position. We ask them to respond within 14 days. If we do not receive a response, we will send a second letter allowing them another 14 days. You will be contacted if the company responds or does not respond to our office. Due to our complaint process, it could take approximately 30 days before you hear from us. If the firm does not agree to provide what you are seeking to resolve the dispute but is willing to work toward negotiating a settlement to resolve the complaint, our mediation department will contact both parties by phone. The company’s response, its reasons and support; whether or not you are satisfied with that response; and whether or not the BBB feels the firm made a good faith effort to resolve the dispute, will be the factors included to determine how the case will be closed. Regardless of how a complaint is closed, it will remain on the company’s record and will be reported to the public for the next three years. Thank you for using our dispute resolution services.
