United Airlines Complaint - Lost items Found and then lost again??
I recently flew from Denver to New Orleans (2/20/10) and accidentally left some items on the plane. I promptly called United when I landed and left many many messages, with no response. When returning home through Denver on 2/23/10, I checked in with the customer service desk in the United Area. I spoke to a very nice guy who pulled out the log book and showed that my items had been turned in. He said he could not get them for me, but that if I turned in a claim when I got home to SFO, they'd track me down and return my items, which I did. I have called the SFO and Denver lost and found numbers many many many times and have only gotten one call back... from a gentleman saying he didn't see my items in Denver. THEY WERE LOGGED into a lost and found log. They were found. WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM? Anyone have any ideas what to do? These items are clearly easy to identify... and I would love to get them back.
