XM Satellite Radio Complaint - Cannot got a Refund - Refund due since 12/09
WASHINGTON, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA -- I canceled my XM Radio in December and was told I would receive a credit to my credit card in 7-10 days.
After 7 phone calls, I still have no credit. I am told over and over that it is being processed. A month ago I called and asked for a supervisor who told me there was a problem, but she would expedite it. A message on my phone 3 days later told me I have been issued the credit.
Not seeing it on my credit card, I called again and was told the credit was issued to my XM account as a credit - not to my credit card. I then asked for a supervisor, who told me it was being processed. I told him what I had just been told about it being credited to my XM account and he would not hear it.
They should not be in business (but I want my $347.32 first)
