Video Only @ Lynnwood, WA Complaint - Don't do business with Lynnwood/Tukwila Video Only !! They are LIARS !!!!!

Review by John P on 2010-03-11
WASHINGTON -- I had purchased TV few years ago with extended warranty and still 1 year left on warranty. I had contacted for repair but every single guy (Assistant Manager/Manager/Store Manager)to talk to at Video Only makes excuses that they are working on it to re-issue my warranty. God knows what the hell they are doing to re-issue that warrnaty as they can't seem to find my name under warranty for two months (Still have receipt with warranty). This is the most fraudulent company I had ever dealt with. Avoid dealing with deceiving sales people at Lynnwood/Tukwila 'VIDEO ONLY' !!!! Next option is to call cops and file a complaint with Attorney general regarding their reputation and service of this company.

you either have a warranty or you don't. Your 'review' isn't very convincing. I have bought every piece of electronics in my housee from the two locations you metnioned. I have gotten nothing but good advice and great service. I'm not sure I can agree with your grievance.

Have you tried taking your receipt and warranty to the store and straightening this out in person? If they see the actual warranty, it might be easier for them to identify you and determine the validity of the warranty.

And the cops can do nothing for you except fine you for abuse of the 911 system. Your name would not necessarily be on the warranty. The make, model and seriel of your product would.

As stated above, show up with your receipt and warranty in your hands. Not much they can say then other than, "Yes sir, we'll fix it for you right away." If they don't have their copy, produce yours. Very simple fix.

i could be wrong but...

your warranty dispute is not within police jurisdiction. police are not employed as judges.

though never give them your original. always give them a copy
