SaveAce Complaint - Saveace Scam - None

Review by LA Victim on 2010-03-11
OMAHA, NEBRASKA -- If anyone has been scammed by this fraudulent company, I urge you to immediately contact the federal trade commission and lodge a complaint against them. The commission will investigate if they determine that this is a large scale scam, which everybody that has fallen victim to these thieves knows it most certainly is. The more victims that complain to the ftc, the better. The number to call is: 1-877-ftc-help

When I investigated this company I found it to be linked to another company called Adapted Marketing LLC and the services they claim to be providing is discounts to it's customers. But nobody who has had this descriptor on their bank statement (SAVEACE) ever remembers having dealt with this company or signed up for an account. Some of the other people who have had $24.95 deducted from their bank accounts have said that they used a background search site called mylife.com or intellius.com and that those two companies either gave or sold personal info to Saving Ace. I have never used mylife.com or intellius.com so I'm still unsure as to how they got my information. But they just cleaned out my checking account for March, 2010 with the above amount. I had to change my ATM card with the bank but I'm also considering changing banks.
