While it is unfortunate that you have received a faulty product from Geeks.com, I, on the other hand, am a satisfied customer for 5 years now. All the products I have shipped to me are in working condition.

considering those go for what... at least 150-200 new, i'm kinda not surpised the $96 was broken.

is there a reason it wasn't tested or returned within the 30 days?

You left out an important one. Why did you wait over 30 days to address the problem?

Also, WHY did you wait 30 days to tell them it was not working? Anything electronic bought online, heck even in the store, should be tested immediately.

The third thing that happened that cannot be disputed is that you waited until after the 30 day period when the warranty was void.
