Travelocity Complaint - Classic Bait and Switch
I book the flight. I get a "Confirmation" email then the next day I get an email stating that I need to call.
Turns out the confirmation is not "really" a confirmation. They now want to change a segment of my trip and charge me $130.00 more.
I am still on hold with them while I write this. "Sam" (my main man in INDIA) is telling me that it is totally fair for "me" to be the one responsible for paying the extra money when it was their mistake. Their site shows the wrong times for a return departure out of Rio de Janeiro.
I'm checking their site and it still shows the wrong time for this flight... customer is always wrong and, make them pay. Guess what; nobody in India seems to care.
