I purchased a Vizio television 104 days ago, so my 90 day return option is not available. I had a good feeling because I still had the concierge service to help me. I was wrong! I spent an hour getting transferred around and finally got a pleasant guy who spoke a barely passable English (required a lot of repetition). They are part of Costco but have no information so you have to give them name, address, etc, etc because they can not access the data. I spent the better part of an hour doing troubleshooting and being put on hold 6 times so he could check with people. Finally he connected me with Vizio, who scheduled the service call for a week later. I now have a 55" paperweight for the next week and they might have the parts to fix it in from the west coast. All the concierge service did was waste an hour of my life rather than 5 minutes calling Vizio directly. Horrible experience with Costco.
