Travelocity Complaint - Charging the wrong credit card
My friend and I were booking flights to Miami from Toronto. We were on the phone picking out flights and setting up the reservations. We logged in separately and made our own selections under our own names. When it came to payment, I put in my credit card number and she put in hers. Somehow, the computers got crossed and my card was not charged for anything, even though I got an immediate conformation of a ticket. Her card was charged for the balance of both tickets.
Travelocity insists that it is completely our fault, that I must have used her log in and her credit card number. I have no idea what kind of credit card she even carries as we live in different cities. They refused to even acknowledge that there was even a problem.
What worries me the most, is the fact that their computers can get it so badly wrong! Watch your credit card statements for other people's travel plans as there is clearly a large computer glitch in the company.
I will never book with them AGAIN!
