Yepme/ Reebok Complaint - Yepme selling Seconds shoe of Reeboks as Firsts
I had ordered a roller coaster shoe on the online shopping site of Yepme. On receipt, I noticed that the tongue (padded portion under the laces) were of different sizes in the two shoe. As sending back is a tedious procedure, I tried to use the shoes in morning walks for about two-three days, but the shoes were uncomfortable.
On talking to Yepme Agent I sent the shoes back to them for replacing the defective shoes. Now I have been told that, 1. The defect as pointed out by me is a design feature to which I don't agree as the shoes available in the local Reebok store does not have it and more over I have been using shoes for over 58 years and Reebok shoes for last 8 Years to understand wheather the shoe is defective or not, even if somebody does not want to give credit for being an engineer and officer with Atomic Energy. 2. Other thing I am told is that since I have used the shoes for whatever duration, Yepme can not sell it to any body else!!. Telling them that the defective shoes should be sent back to Reebok and not sold to anybody did not find reason with them.
I want Reebok to have a look at the shoe and certify worthiness.
