Gevelia Complaint - Worst for ordering and understanding
I was given this coffee and pot for a Xmas gift. I had placed one previous order with much difficulty and I just placed my LAST order today. The person taking the order was from another country and couldn't wait to get off of the line. Kept asking "if that was all I wanted" and "did that complete my order." I had to ask several times for her to repeat what she said because I couldn't understand. I wanted to ask several questions about a product/item but she wanted to transfer my call. Do they get paid by how many calls they take and how much the order costs? I find this a very USER UN-FRIENDLY company and after I receive this order I will call to cancel my AUTO DELIVERY. They are very rude. PLUS I CAN'T SEE PAYING $6,$7 or $8 DOLLARS FOR 8oz OF COFFEE. THE PRICES ARE REDICULOUS AND I DON'T TASTE ANY DIFFERENCE.
