Interactive website extremely slow making it virtually useless Complaint - Very poor, slow online response by Verizon
I have been trying to use the Verizon Interactive internet interface from some time. First of all, it is EXTREMELY slow, with response in minutes to move from page to page. It fact, it is so slow between pages that it will time itself out and log you out. The site itself is poorly organized and stupidly recursive. Also, it does not have an email contact or chat support to discourse this with. They are beyond irresponsible and unresponsive.
