Debt Collection Companys Informative - No Dispute Response - Who To Contact When Disputes Go On Without Response

Review by Talk360 on 2010-03-12
I have wrote to Ge Money & Encore receivable management company the 2 company I thought I would have to contact for a dispute issue. Now I have heard nothing from anyone of them about my dispute issue, so what am I suppose to do? Who do I cantact from here, when it has effected my credit report & has started reflecting adverse information on my other credit card accounts. This company had 3 accounts all at once during the time my personal bank info was used for an attempted withdrawal for account payment. So I demanded the termination to all my credit card account until I was told why, who, and if my auto matic payments were safe to be processed like that. Do I write my state attorney general at this point or ftc? Any imput about this!!???

I don't understand the complaint. What do you mean "bank info was used for an attempted withdrawal for account payment"?

Well Yes my bank account statement shows attempted withdrawal from this company. For one payment month set up electronic pay agreement. By law the creditors here can attempt withdrawals up to three times and its legal, they can do that its fine. So i just wanted to know if it was this company who had done it for this account or another one i had with this company. They said they did not make any withdrawal attempt and that bank must of done it. Ive checked with my bank & GE Money which is En core's bank the ones who collect the money neither of them did it i was told.
My only question was who tried taking the money out then? That's all i wanted to know that's not frivolous
