Best Buy Complaint - Asus laptop computers
BOISE, IDAHO -- I purchased an ASUS laptop computer from Best Buy. I never used it for several months and when I did, the system would freeze up. I took it to the Best Buy store and they said it was a problem I had to take up with ASUS. They said I had to deal with Best Buy. Long story short, neither company would fix the problem and I am stuck with a $1000.00 computer that doesn't work.
After checking several web sites, I find that I am not the only one they refuse to give service to.
I will never buy anything else from BEST BUY and I'm a "Rewards Customer!"
