U.S. Bancorp Complaint - US BANK - Stay Away - CREDIT CARD
Do not sign up for this credit card. The worst customer service. I have been a member since 2005 and always pay my balance in full and usually payonline. This month I didn't get a statement so I didn't realize my payment was due (They admitted they never sent me a statement since I signed up online, 1rst month I didn't get a statement by mail) I always has an online account so what changed this month they couldn't tell me. They sent me an email AFTER my statment was due letting me know I had a new statement) So I went online to pay and had a late payment and finance charge. I called them up and said there is nothing they coud do and wouldn't reverse it. Who sends an email after the statement is already due? Really terrible predatory practices. I will not remain silent I have already wrote to the FTC and there practices.
