T-Mobile Complaint - Billing miatakes
They ripped me off! The minutes on the billing statement were completely off! On top of that they charged me 140$ for an international call that I didn't even make and told me that "they weren't there when I was dialing it"!!! The agents were extremely rude and obviously did not know the limitations on their operating system. Even though that the calls appearing on the statement were impossible to be made as they appeared ( which their technical support proved too) they were "generous" enough to at least pay half of the international call. It is not the first time and being a customer for more than 5 years with T-mobile I'm beginning to doubt their service and think to switch my three lines to another provider!
