Dish Network Complaint - Avoid THEM. CANCELLATION PRICING and hidden fees are outragous
I was so upset when I called Dish and notified them that after signing with them my monthly bill was going up every sixth months. I was told by the agent that receiver pricing had changed and this adjusted my bill. Well this price has been adjusted every six months I told her and I was getting tired of this. The reason I went to DISH was because the cable company was doing the same thing. In the economic environment I have seen companies turn back pricing to attract new customers and sustain new ones. In DISH NETWORKS case they are doing the opposite. I was apauled by such horrible procedures by upper management. I then asked I wanted to cancel my account and was told that "I agreed on a two year commitment" -- funny DISH does not offer you changes on their contract and nothing less than two years. I was charged a cancellation fee along with other silly assessments. I would avoid this company at all costs. NOT WORTH the effort. The service is horrible once you are signed in. I have been getting three phone calls a day for me to sign up again with DISH. I WOULD NEVER DO THIS AGAIN!!!
