I will make it my life's work to try and spread the word on the worst technical support in retail history!!!!! No live voices except "sales"... Calls to tech support go into oblivion.

Admittedly, I got through one time to return the product for repair and unsuccessful 4 other calls...On hold for 30 minutes each. Then tried to contact sales and "surprise" - somebody got on the phone....But gave me incorrect info about reaching tech support. The additional phone number had a message that said "...Normal business hours 5a, pst...Please call back during that time" and I called 8:55 am est - so - another inconsistency and lack of providing help.

I bought a satellite 505 which couldn't hold a charge after 3 weeks of sporadic use...

There was also one episode of reaching overseas support which was the typical reading the manual and guessing type of help and was useless, so I sent it back...
