Nextel Complaint - Poor service and termination agreement
WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA -- Now that I have read all the issues with Nextel, I wish I had found this site before I purchased their service.
Same issues as many, poor service, no service in a major FL metro area. Purchased two phones worth about 400. I was about 30 days past my 15 day trial, and the service was terrible at best. Talked to CS, did the trouble ticket thing, talked to supervisors, the whole nine yards. Finanlly, they sent me to Finance, who according to them could waive my early termination fee because of the poor service. Talked to Karen, she said, no problem, we can waive the fee, told me that twice. So, I cancelled after 45 days, had to eat the phones. Then I receive the bill, you guessed it $400 early termination fee. Talked to Corp escalation dept. SOS, sorry it was over ruled, but I never was informed. They said they called, but somhow I never got the message.
This company is the worst ever, they are rude, non caring and if you are lucky enough to get someone who actually commands the English language, you get: Well Sir you had 15 days.
Just poor customer service, I would sure like to know where this $400.00 goes, really if they can't provide a reliable service why should the consumer pay a penality, isn't it bad enough I had to eat the phones.
I am all for a nationwide boycott, or class action suit or whatever it takes to get the message out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
